In 1998, Pebble’s religious conversion resulted in a name 
change to “Sister Perri.” during this time, she founded Women of God Changing Lives (WOGCL) Ministries.
Sister Perri, the founder of WOGCL, has an illustrious background in the music industry, marked by remarkable achievements.
