Jennifer Fox Returns to Produce the 15th Governors Awards
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has announced that Oscar®-nominated producer Jennifer Foxwill will return to produce at the 15th Governors Awards on November 17, 2024, at the Ray Dolby Ballroom in Ovation Hollywood. This marks her sixth time producing the prestigious event.
The Governors Awards will honor:
- Quincy Jones and Juliet Taylor – Honorary Oscars® for lifetime achievement.
- Richard Curtis – Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award for his humanitarian contributions.
- Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli – Irving G. Thalberg Memorial Award for exceptional production achievements.
Jennifer Fox’s Legacy:
Fox, known for producing acclaimed films such as “Michael Clayton,” “Nightcrawler,“ and “The Last Duel,“ brings decades of industry expertise to the role. Her collaborations span industry giants like Steven Soderbergh and George Clooney through their production company Section Eight.
The Governors Awards, presented in partnership with Rolex, celebrate exceptional contributions to cinema and society, reinforcing the Academy’s commitment to honoring excellence in the motion picture arts and sciences.
